MODO DE PREPARAR
1-Tempere o lombo com sal, pimenta-do-reino e orégano.Deixe tomar gosto por 30 minutos, no mínimo.
2-Corte o abacaxi em fatias e reserve as 5 fatias centrais.

<span style="font-weight: bold;">1-Tempere o lombo com sal, pimenta-do-reino e orégano.Deixe tomar gosto por 30 minutos, no mínimo.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">2-Corte o abacaxi em fatias e reserve as 5 fatias centrais.</span><br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;">Pique as restantes e bata no liquidificador com 1/2 xícara de água.Coloque o lombo numa forma refratária e despeje por cima o abacaxi batido.</span><br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;">Leve ao forno quente (200º), previamente aquecido, e deixe asssar até dourar.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: bold;">3-Corte ao meio as 5 fatias de abacaxi que ficaram reservadas e arrume-as ao redor do lombo.</span><br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;">Deixe-o no forno por mais uns 10 minutos e sirva, cortado em fatias.</span><br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;">Acompanhe com arroz branco e batatas douradas.</span>
